Paint It White

In 2009, Nobel Laureate Steven Chu was speaking to world leaders in London, when he informed them that painting all the roofs, roads, parking lots, sidewalks and other flat surfaces white or light gray would be the equivalent of taking all the cars in the world off the road for 11 years.
