Weiner’s Laptop | Perspective

“…Whatever knowledge is attainable, must be attained by scientific methods; and what science cannot discover, humankind cannot know.” ~Bertrand Russell

With the 2018 midterm elections right around the corner, and with the regular updates about Russia’s intent to meddle in our midterm elections, and now news of Iran, China and North Korea contributing in the effort to undermine our elections, it’s very important to learn the lessons of the past.

There’s immense value in using the scientific method to find answers to the unanswerables.

The SCIENTIFIC METHOD: Make an observation. Ask questions. Form a hypothesis. Test the hypothesis. Correct the hypothesis if necessary and/or form a new hypothesis. Reach a conclusion.

OBSERVATION: Bizarrely, disgraced Congressman Anthony Weiner’s laptop became a factor in the 2016 election.

QUESTIONS:

  • How many Clinton emails were on Weiner’s laptop?
  • Why were Clinton’s emails on Weiner’s Laptop?
  • Were the Clinton emails found on Weiner’s laptop the same ones the FBI had already located on Clinton’s private server, or were these some of the missing 30,000+ that Trump asked Russia to help find?
  • Is it true that the Clinton/Abedin emails were in a folder labeled “life insurance” on Weiner’s laptop, or is that just a figurative way an investigator might explain his gut instinct about why hundreds of thousands of Clinton and Abedin emails were on Weiner’s laptop?
  • How secure was Weiner’s laptop, considering it was the same laptop Weiner was sexting with a 15 year old girl?

HYPOTHESIS: Putin had eyes on Weiner’s laptop. (Putin blamed Hillary Clinton for the popular uprising against Putin during his re-eection bid in December 2011. Although Putin won the election, he never forgave Clinton. In fact, Putin hated Hillary Clinton. Putin was former director of the KGB and would have likely begun tracking Clinton and her inner circle as soon as he became president. At the end of 2012, just a year after Putin returned to power, Clinton left her post as Secretary of State and retired. The American public speculated that Hillary was prepping to run for president. Putin surely drew the same conclusion. Huma Abedin was Hillary’s right hand lady. Huma Abedin is married to Anthony Weiner. Weiner resigned from Congress in 2011 after his sexting addiction became public knowledge. Putin would have been delighted by the demise of Weiner. Perhaps this was when the seed of an idea was planted in the back of Putin’s mind. Putin would draw the conclusion that Weiner was Hillary’s weakest link.)

TEST the HYPOTHESIS: It’s unclear if the American public can test whether Putin had eyes on Anthony Weiner’s laptop, and the 650,000 Clinton emails stored there, amongst which were presumably the missing 30,000/some of the missing 30,000 Clinton emails, but based on Mueller indicting two dozen Russians for computer crimes, it seems highly probable that of course Putin had eyes on Weiner’s laptop… for all we know, Putin’s hackers may have been the ones who stashed the 650,000 emails on Weiner’s laptop.

CONCLUSION: Putin took advantage of Weiner’s scandalous, heinous, twisted sickness to undermine Clinton on the eve of what should have been her winning the 2016 election, because surely Putin was tracking Comey too. Putin knew Comey would do the right thing.

Putin has been resting on his laurels for two years.

Again, the 2018 midterm elections are just two months away. We need to understand our enemies and know how they operate so that we can protect ourselves and our cherished democracy. SUN TZU: The only way to win a battle is to know your enemy, and know yourself.

NOTES:

  • The historic timeline of Clinton’s emails
  • FBI interviewed Clinton for 3.5 hours on July 2, 2016
  • FBI made a public announcement on July 5, 2016, no one would be prosecuted “no charges are appropriate in this case.” Comey said that there was no “clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information.”
  • FBI’s notes on Clinton’s emails
  • Trump “Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing,” Mr. Trump said during a news conference here in an apparent reference to Mrs. Clinton’s deleted emails. “I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.” July 27, 2016

Is Trump Plotting Blue Wave Upset By Lobbying For Nobel Prize? | Perspective

perspective

The Greatest Con Man on earth is the master of smoke and mirrors. He invented some of the most bewildering tricks in the book. The Art of the Deal outlines a whole series of Trump’s trademark schemes that stun and amaze. Making a $150 million net worth  appear to be $5 billion. Disappearing tax returns so roving eyes can’t question Trump’s financial connections to Russian oligarchs.

On Tuesday May 8, 2018, as voters headed to the polls in three states to cast ballots in the primary election, Paul Ryan made a panicked announcement from the mountain top, warning that if the GOP loses the House on November 6, 2018, the Democrats will come in and remove Trump from office.

Exactly!

Trump is in panic mode. He’s combing through his massive collection of effective stunts, that have worked wonders for five decades, and is fine-tuning his timeline to November 6th.

It appears Trump’s been laying the groundwork for what he hopes will be the Nobel Peace Prize, to be announced in October 2018, just prior to the midterm elections. He envisions (and thus plots) that winning the Nobel Peace Prize a few weeks before election day will upset the BLUE WAVE that is projected to sweep the GOP majority out of Congress, and Trump fears…. land him in jail.

The Greatest Con Man on earth isn’t going to let that happen. He has to plot BIG! His grandiose solution is to win the Nobel Peace prize.

The first few steps of Trump’s timeline are already underway:

  • January 11 , 2018, trump stated, “The United States needs more immigrants from Norway, not s**thole countries like Haiti.” The Nobel Office is in Oslo, Noway. Trump is trying to butter up to Norway the day after he met with Norway’s Prime Minister in Washington.
  • North Korea and Russia are allies. The only person more afraid of the Blue Wave than Trump… is Putin. Putin knows how to “inspire” an evil ally like Kim Jong-Un into playing along with this charade for a good cause, that of maintaining Putin’s iron grip on America.
  • Putin, Trump and Kim Jong-Un will win an Academy Award for this blockbuster performance that will take place in Singapore in June. Stay tuned…

Meanwhile, the one most deserving of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2018 is France’s Prime Minister Emmanuel Macron. He’s been a noble and heroic leader, working round the clock with all the US allies to maintain stability in the world while Trump is in overdrive maliciously working to destabilize the globe.

Giuliani’s Big Reveal | Perspective

perspective

“…what concerned me most about the small lie was the danger of it becoming a habit. I’ve seen many times over the years how liars get so good at lying, they lose the ability to distinguish between what’s true and what’s not. They surround themselves with other liars. The circle becomes closer and smaller, with those unwilling to surrender their moral compasses pushed out and those willing to tolerate deceit brought closer to the center of power. Perks and access are given to those willing to lie and tolerate lies. This creates a culture, which becomes an entire way of life. The easy, casual lies – those are a very dangerous thing. They open up the path to the bigger lies, in more important places, where the consequences aren’t so harmless.” ~ James Comey, A Higher Loyalty

Rudy Giuliani stepping in to become a key player for Trump, when Trump’s the most desperate he’s ever been in his life, this because the vast majority of his inner circle have either fled or been removed, compels the public to draw some conclusions.

First, based on Comey’s insights above, and Giuliani’s actions the past two weeks, it’s clear that Giuliani has been accepted into Trump’s tight inner circle, implying that Giuliani is “willing to surrender his moral compass…and tolerate deceit.”

Second, after reading Rudy Giuliani’s statement on Wednesday April 25, 2018 that Mueller won’t find a “stitch of evidence” that Trump colluded with Russia, we’re left to interpret what Giuliani means by this (in light of the fact that there have been so many collusion dots already divulged to the public, that when connected, clearly indicate large swaths of collusion smoke, beneath which is seemingly an extensive collusion fire). Additionally, there are sealed indictments, guilty pleas, cooperating witnesses. So for Giuliani to state unequivocally that there’s not a “stitch of evidence” that Trump colluded, when we already see a wide trail of collusion by the Trump Campaign, we’re left to interpret Giuliani’s claim:

  • Giuliani is lying (which is entirely possible based on Comey’s insights)
  • The collusion was carried out by the Trump Campaign and close Trump allies, rather than Trump himself, so no Trump finger prints on the evidence; perhaps the game plan was that Trump would pardon everyone so no worries about all the crimes they’d have to commit, the “perks and access” would be worth it, and they wouldn’t do any jail time because of his pardon power
  • the word “stitch” means something to Giuliani; hmm… can we interpret it to mean that there’s not an inch of evidence, but rather 100 miles of evidence? I can picture a former prosecutor differentiating the amount of evidence in this way, so then sure, Giuliani would be telling the truth

Or perhaps Giuliani’s raging assertion that there’s not a “stitch of evidence” of Russia collusion and therefore Mueller’s investigation is a “disgrace,” is merely an attempt to hide Giuliano’s own ties to Russia collusion. After all, according to Grant Stern, a Miami columnist and radio broadcaster, Giuliani is closely associated with Sergey Lavrov, and “the Giuliani/Lavrov relationship represents the highest level link between Trump Campaign’s top surrogate and Russian President Vladimir Putin.” Giuliani is the top surrogate.

Based on this reality, we’re left to interpret that Giuliani coming in as “Trump’s attorney” for the Russia collusion investigation is actually a ruse. It’s highly probable that Giuliani was called in to be interviewed by Mueller because Giuliani is a subject, or even a target, in the investigation. Giuliani crafted this cover so the media and public wouldn’t know that he’s a subject / or target in the investigation.

We should learn more in a few days since Giuliani wants the Mueller investigation closed and put his reputation on the line by claiming he could make this happen in a “week or two.” As top Russian collusion surrogate, Giuliani’s interview with mueller indicates Mueller’s reached the top of the collusion food chain and he may actually be able to wind things up shortly.

More indictments soon, it seems.

Getting a Handle on the Russia Danger | Perspective

perspective

How do we stay three steps ahead of Russia (it’s tricky when our president is the enemy and he’s working so hard to fend off our nation’s traditional defense, the FBI)? To further thwart our defensive line, Trump/Russia has a loyal group of Russia surrogates, the GOP House Intelligence Committee, who’ve sold their soul to the devil – Putin.

So what are American citizens supposed to do now to protect ourselves?

STEP 1 (for me anyway): watch as many Russia/CIA spy thrillers as possible. Below are a few, but there are many more. I find that this really helps in broadening my understanding about the way Russia operates which helps with projecting into America’s future /our future.

  • Red Sparrow – 2018, Excellent film, helped me “imagine” the possibilities of what Russia is capable of; great because it’s present day
  • The Assets, My Name is Aldrich Ames – 2014, Highlights how easy it is for someone to get away with selling our nation’s secrets to a foreign enemy, this because colleagues don’t want to believe their coworker – who’s supposed to be a patriot, protecting our country and our allies – is actually busy undermining it. Very insightful considering our president appears to be in overdrive accomplishing this very thing.
  • The Sum of All Fears – 2002, Seems so real it’s terrifying. I can totally picture this happening; in fact, I envision someone plotting this right now
  • Hunt for Red October – 1990, One of my favorite movies of all times
  • No Way Out – 1987, Best Kevin Costner film. Movies were so riveting back in the day

The most gripping Cold War book I ever read was Nelson Demille’s The Talbot Odyssey. Eye-bulging books like this are mesmerizing, this one is impossible to put down. I’m going to re-read it now that Mueller has uncovered so much proof of collusion and the White House seems to be in melt down mode, last night Friday March 16, 2018 with Sessions firing FBI Deputy Andrew McCabe just 26 hours before he was supposed to retire. See? That’s such a cruel “Russia” thing for Trump Team to do.

STEP 2: Be on the lookout on Social Media. Turn it into a “Find Waldo” exercise. Find the Russia Troll and call them out. I see them everywhere. They have markers.

STEP 3: Russian trolls are actually easier to locate than they realize. They might look and sound like us on Social Media, but they don’t think like us. Instead what they do is deflect by screaming and shouting and attempting to humiliate. They’ve softened their approach a little bit this year, but if you get into a discussion with one on a comment board for a major News site like New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal etc, you soon realize they don’t understand how to think like an American. They can’t reason the same way American’s can. Instead, their tactic is to storm Social Media as abusers, much like Trump, attempting to get viewers/readers to not believe in what someone is stating by attacking the one posting. But this is actually their achilles heel. And it’s not something they can easily correct…which gives us the upper hand.

STEP 4: Trust your instincts. When you get that unsettling 6th sense type of feeling about someone online, learn to stay far away from them. Avoidance is a great defensive strategy

We can do this. This horror is unlike any war we’ve ever been in before. We’re all trying to make our way through the jungle on this. We have to help each other, and work diligently to create light in the midst of all this darkness.

Military Parade, Trump’s Ignorance is Monumentally Disturbing | Perspective

I was born into a military family that dates back to Pearl Harbor and beyond. My great uncle Gus was trekking to his plane the morning of December 7, 1941 when the bomb’s began to drop. He was injured, but survived, although his plane was destroyed.

One of my uncles graduated from West Point. Several cousins from Annapolis. A brother and many other cousins were ROTC. My ex-husband was an Air Force pilot. I’ve spent the better half of the past three decades enjoying the most phenomenal military events I could ever hope to experience:

  • Fleet Week Manhattan over Memorial Day Weekend (began in 1982)
  • Fleet Week San Francisco Bay
  • Thunderbirds and the US Air Force Air Show (x 7, these are annual events), Thunderbirds began in 1953
  • Blue Angels (dates back to 1946)
  • Twilight Tattoo at Arlington (Wednesday evenings at 7:00p May – August since 1961)
  • Sunset Parade at Iwo Jima (Tuesday evenings Spring – Summer, dating back to 1956)
  • And there’s many more annual tributes to our exceptional military forces

Trump appears to be oblivious to these annual national wonders. Based on his announcement last week of his desire for a North Korea style Military Parade in DC,  I was left with the impression that Trump has never had the good fortune of attending any of these time honored “American” traditions paying tribute to our heroic veterans.

How sad.

Further, based on the uncanny timing – midweek following the Nunes Memo that didn’t end up halting the Mueller investigation as Trump hoped– it’s reasonable to deduce that Trump’s mission was to use his North Korean style Military Parade to instill fear into the American citizens who oppose Trump and his alarming anti-American agenda…this would be the media, the resistance, all Democrats, protestors, and most importantly (as far as Trump is concerned) the Mueller Investigation itself.

I envision that perhaps Trump might have recalled (with glee) one lonely dark turbulent night last week, the Tiananmen Square massacre of 1989, latching onto this as his weapon of last resort as the Mueller Investigation closes in. This is the only explanation that makes reasonable sense after the confluence of so many extreme news stories last week, out of which flowed the Military Parade brainchild.

It’s clear these exceptional military events listed above date back many, many decades. So the explanation Trump provided for a DC military parade isn’t rational.

Sure, the expense is a very sound reason for the Legislature and the military to block it. So the point is probably already mute. But the real takeaway here is extracting Trump’s motive for requesting a North Korea style Military Parade. This way we can have heightened awareness about Trump’s state of mind.

I’m sure all of us have wondered from time-to-time how this nightmare will end. I for one am exponentially more alarmed today than I was a week ago as I factor in Trump’s disturbing thought process that lead to his decision to initiate a massive military intimidation parade in our nation’s capital.

Closing In, The Russia Investigation | Perspective

Trump’s Russian Collusion Developments

The House Intelligence Committee released the 312 page transcript of their interview with Glenn Simpson Thursday January 18, 2018. Simpson, a former Wall Street Journal investigative reporter who specialized on Russia, is the founder of Fusion GPS, the research organization that created the Steele Dossier. A key take away from the interview is that if Trump was laundering money with the Russians, which it’s fairly certain he was, after all, Trump has a 30+ year track record of laundering money, and was fined $10 million by FinCen in 2015  for “Significant and Long Standing Anti-Money Laundering Violations”…but according to Simpson, if Trump was laundering money with the Russians, then the Kremlin would be aware of this, and would use it as “powerful leverage” over Trump.

There were many moments across 2017 where the public questioned “what Putin had on Trump,” which seemingly made Trump such a strong Putin advocate and ally. There was speculation that it was the Pee Tape with Trump and prostitutes in a Russia hotel, which we all assume to be true. Especially now after learning about Stormy Daniels. So, money laundering and the Pee Tape? Is there more than that? Much more perhaps?

GOLD8small
Regulations = Consumer Protections

Trump is strongly anti-regulation, despite the fact that regulations are established and enforced for consumer protection. In fact, regulations are a vital cornerstone in developed countries. Third world countries generally don’t have any regulations.

Trump’s extensive history of being fined and sued for breaking laws and regulations may be one reason why he views regulations as his nemesis. During his campaign in 2016, it was revealed that Trump was engaged in  3,500 lawsuits. And Trump has suffered many hefty blows with fines. A few examples: $10 million; $750,000; $21 million; and more.

Trump’s hatred for regulations also might stem from the fact that he has no moral character. He has no patience. When constructing a tower on 5th avenue, or a casino in Atlantic City, regulations make everything take longer. Trump, an instant gratification kind of guy, and developer, views regulations as an obstacle to his immediate success.

Do you recall the 1974 film Towering Inferno?  The horror movie that was released before all the 1979 building codes were established? Trump has thrown us back that far. Massive skyscrapers blanketing the American landscape, and now no regulations. We were traumatized on 9/11 when the towers fell. Is this now what’s in store for use? Falling towers? Or at the very least, towering infernos especially in light of the fact that Mr. Anti-Energy Rick Perry was confirmed as Secretary of DOE.

This week’s deregulation focus was Mulvaney and his $0 budget for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Mulvaney feels the current $145 million reserve fund is sufficient. He’s supposed to have an operating budget + reserve fund, but he feels the reserve fund is enough as he begins plans to repeal regulations.

“When ignorance and bigotry is allied with power” | Perspective

BlogNmbrsDangerous Force

“The commander in chief in an Oval Office meeting referring to people from African countries and Haitians with the most vile and vulgar language, that language festers. When ignorance and bigotry is allied with power it is a dangerous force in our country. Your silence and your amnesia is complicit in it,Booker said.

This passionately charged statement by Senator Booker eloquently sums up the extreme challenges of the past twelve months. “Ignorance and bigotry allied with power”…empowers like-minded to commit evil towards their fellow citizens.

Senator Booker was speaking to Kristjen Nielsen while she was testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee about what she heard Trump say at his meeting on Friday. She claimed Trump didn’t use the vulgar, racially offensive term that’s been all over the news. Booker’s charged reproach rebukes Nielsen. May this sink in with the GOP. Amnesia equates with complicity.

Kristjen Nelson is a Scandinavian name. Are either she or her husband from Norway?

BlogNmbrs-2Will Kushner be Next to Fall?

Just a reminder about how tight Flynn and Kushner were. It’s been over a month since Flynn’s plea deal was announced. At the time, it was understood that Flynn would be taking down a big fish. Is it Kushner?

This was the context of Kushner’s instruction to Flynn last December. One transition official at the time said Kushner called Flynn to tell him he needed to get every foreign minister or ambassador from a country on the U.N. Security Council to delay or vote against the resolution. Much of this appeared to be coordinated also with Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whose envoys shared their own intelligence about the Obama administration’s lobbying efforts to get member states to support the resolution with the Trump transition team.

BlogNmbrs-3Reversing Net Neutrality Rollback, The Fight Continues

State Attorney generals across the country have joined the fight to reverse the Net Neutrality rollback.

“‘Attorneys general from 21 states and the District of Columbia, including California and New York, filed a petition for review and argued that the FCC’s action was ‘arbitrary, capricious, and an abuse of discretion,’ and violated the Constitution and federal law.”

But the really big deal today was that Senator Markey announced that ALL 49 Democratic Senators are co-sponsors of his bill to reverse the Net Neutrality rollback. GOP Senator Collins has also committed her support to the Bill. Markey only needs 1 more GOP Senator to win the reversal.

“There is a tsunami of Congressional and grassroots support to overturn the FCC’s partisan and misguided decision on net neutrality,” said Senator Ed Markey (D-MA). Republicans now have a clear choice — be on the right side of history and stand with the American people who support a free and open internet, or hold hands with the special interests who want to control the internet for their own profit. I urge them to join the majority of Americans, embrace the bipartisanship of net neutrality, and support this resolution.”

Classified Information | Perspective

CLASSIFIED INFORMATION, SENATORS GRASSLEY & GRAHAM

Today’s breaking news story about the criminal referral filed with DOJ by Senators Grassley and Graham pertaining to Fusion GPS’ Steele dossier, is an interesting anomaly.

Is it legal for the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, investigating Russia meddling and Trump-Russia collusion, to publicly undermine evidence in this way, particularly in light of the fact that much of the hearing is classified?

What are the laws pertaining to knowing classified information, and using this knowledge to negatively impact evidence that supports proof in an investigation for the purpose of undermining the investigation? Is that obstruction of justice?

Following Trump’s election, Grassley has been a steadfast Trump loyalist. Harshly demanding of the American public after Comey was fired, “Suck it up, and move on.”

A month ago, Grassley seemed Intent on undermining the public’s view of the FBI’s independence by publicly revealing that an agent was removed from the investigation in July after it became clear he was pro Hillary and felt negatively about Trump.

Grassley has access to substantial amounts of classified evidence in the Russian investigation. As the proof piles up, Grassley retaliates by publicly undermining the investigation team itself. Mueller’s independence. And now the evidence.

His actions seem to clearly underscore Trump’s guilt. The vicious turbulence reminds me of a fighter plane breaking the sound barrier.

PUTIN & U. S. REGULATIONS

American Regulations are one of the pillars that make us a developed country, a super power. Third World countries don’t have regulations and look what a mess they are. Behind all the U.S. regulations are thousands of victims. Often hundreds of thousands. Sometimes millions of victims.

Regulations = Consumer Protection

So Trump is on a mission to eliminate our regulations, and knock down one of the fiercest pillars that stablize the country and protect the public.

We understand regulations on a personal level in our everyday lives. We make decisions to fund personal security and protection.

What family isn’t for a home security system? Do we mind paying for smoke detectors? Child safety locks? Cars with airbags? Cross walks? Safe and clean food, water, air? Of course not.

So why does our President think he can decide for us that he doesn’t want the American people to have protection for our financial assets. Net neutrality? Our natural resources?

Trump, through his clever word manipulation, is framing his de-regulation agenda so positively. Calling it over-regulation.

But it’s not over-regulation.

For every regulation, there are exceptions. If a situation falls into the “exception” category, you feel annoyed if you’re the one impacted. Sure. But you understand. When you think of the flip side, the no regulation side, you come to grips with your frustration and let it rest. (I was annoyed this week when I tried to deposit cash in a family member’s bank account who lived in another state. They needed immediate assistance. A check takes 48 hours to clear. Bank of America explained that unless I had an account with them, I couldn’t deposit cash into someone else’s account. It was a new regulation. Argh!)

So again, why has Trump eliminated the vast majority of our protections? We do not have a dictatorship in America, so how is he able to do this?

Trump doesn’t even seem intelligent enough to mastermind this massive de-regulation scheme. Further, what real president of the United States would want to harm America to this extreme? It doesn’t even seem probable that Trump has time to zero-in on de-regulating the USA.

Using the scientific method, I’m left to deduce that there’s someone else behind this nefarious de-regulation curtain pulling all the strings.

Putin!

I’m being serious. A complex action plan crafted before the election. Sun Tzu The Art of War again.

STATES

“Fake it until you make it.” That’s what I’m deducing after the endless stream of unilateral Trump decisions.

DOJ upends states’ rights to legalize marijuana. Can the Department of Justice really up and do this?

In business, Trump’s a dictator.

We saw in January, Trump’s sinister attempt to turn the U.S. presidency into a dictatorship. Months of massive protest marches around the globe eventually creating a barrier for this Machievellian vision of his. He then became embroiled in the Trump-Russia Collusion Investigation.

But here we go again this week, with Trump’s DOJ overturning state laws by the flick of a switch. States are a constitutional check & balance. This reversal is the act of a would-be dictator with no respect for states rights or the three branches of government.

Trump has said he can tell a lie three times and by the fourth everyone will think it’s true. Apparently, he feels the same about his actions. If he fakes being a dictator long enough, eventually we Americans will believe we’re governed by a dictator and allow him to be one.

So no, it’s imperative we throw everything we have against this and block Trump from overturning our Constitution.

Quote, Senator Cory Gardner: “‘One tweet later, one policy later ― a complete reversal of what many of us on the Hill were told before the confirmation. Without any notification, conversation or dialogue with Congress, completely reversed.’”

Sun Tzu & Kim Jong Un | Perspective

BlogNmbrs
SUN TZU & KIM JONG UN

Sun Tzu’s Art of War is the centerpiece of modern warfare. These ancient Chinese principles have proven so useful and effective across milleniums, 6th Century BC, that they’re considered truths.

“The art of war is deception.” …  “Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when weak.”

One can’t help but wonder what playbook Kim Jong Un is working off of.

Either he’s never heard of Sun Tzu and The Art of War and has no idea that as our enemy he’s supposed to lay low with his nuclear weapons so he can spring them on us unexpected, which may be the case (after all, he’s just a kid and may not be able to take good advice). Or, he is following Sun Tzu’s legendary wisdom, and is appearing strong when he is weak. Maybe he feels weak because he’s so young, and is shorter than the vast majority of world leaders and generals so must talk and act like a giant beast.

Whichever the case may be, as the Winter Olympics in South Korea approaches, I’m not nearly as apprehensive (with this in mind) as I was just a few days ago.

BlogNmbrs-2
ENVIRONMENT & TRUMP & PUTIN

Trump’s unilateral dangerous initiatives make it clear his mission isn’t to represent the American people and our best interest the way a United States President is supposed to, and the way he claimed in his inaugural address he would do.

Between moving our embassy in Israel to Jerusalem and now authorizing federal drilling along every coastline, who exactly is Trump working for?

Not only are the coastal governors strongly objecting to federal drilling along the entire U.S. coastline, but so is the US military.

It’s been universally affirmed that Trump is a moron, dotard, idiot…a long list of scathing adjectives that spell out that Trump is unfit to be president. He’s not even bright enough to think up these extreme anti-American policies. So one can’t help but wonder who’s really calling the shots. A clue might be that every one of these moves causes the United States great harm. Only an enemy would want to hurt us this badly.

So again, I don’t believe Trump is capable of masterminding these policies.

Nor are his children, who apparently suffer the same deficiencies.

These aggressive Trump policies strongly resemble the unilateral orders of a dictator. Which begs the question…are these endless knife jabs Putin?

Did Kushner succeed at establishing a back channel?

Every reliable source has predicted the GOP tax overhaul was built on a false hypothesis, which would sky rocket the debt. I can’t help but wonder if the tax overhaul is another Putin brainchild. All the U.S. Intelligence Agencies determined conclusively that Russia interfered with the U.S. 2016 Presidential Election for the purpose of electing Donald Trump and undermining Hillary Clinton.

There have been numerous news stories over the past 12 months identifying the methods the Russians used to “influence” U.S. voters. Fake news. Trolls. Social media ads. Fake social media accounts….all targeting ignorance and our willingness to believe what we hear or read without questioning what’s being said or written.

The Intelligence Community has been sounding the alarm about nothing being done to deter Russia from meddling again. In fact, we’ve been told point blank that Russia will definitely continue trying to influence us, and that we should be on the look out.

Trump refuses to acknowledge Russia’s interference. Congress hasn’t initiated a counter strategy. And Homeland Security isn’t advising on a battle plan for U.S. citizens. So I guess we have to look out for each other and create our own counter-Russian influence plan.

  • Russian trolls are EVERYWHERE. They seem like GOP trolls or Trump trolls and very well may be, but many are Russian.

  • Moscow is 8 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, although not all Russian trolls are in Moscow. But bottom-line, any posts you see on a Sunday morning (for example) that’s stamped at 4:00am ET is 99.9% likely to be from a foreign country.

  • The new troll isn’t as aggressive and belligerent as they were at the beginning of the year, but they are subtly trying to influence our opinions by weaving half truths through their lies.

  • Half truths are the most dangerous kind of subliminal pressure used to try and influence our beliefs. They dramatically increase the likelihood we’ll believe a lie. The fact that the Russian intelligence community, governed by Putin an autocrat, has an army of loyal agents diligently clicking away on their computers, trying to act like Texans (or some other region of the country), lining a news comment or FB post with a half truth is alarming.

  • An example: Putin is an autocrat. A tyrant. So Russia is an autocracy. To influence the world into believing this is a great system, Putin/Russia calls it “managed democracy.” Managed democracy doesn’t seem so bad, does it? And yet a an autocracy and a tyrant are the most oppressive form of government, the polar opposite of USA.

Let’s all keep each other informed about what we see and hear so we can stay protected.

PENCE’S TIE-BREAKING VOTES

Vice President Mike Pence cast 6 tiebreaking votes this first year in office. A record!

In 2018 there’ll be one less red senator and one more blue. This may mean an end to Pence’s roll in swinging votes.

Sadly, enough damage has already been done. The following consumer protection has now been wiped away:

“The Senate voted to nullify a consumer-oriented rule that would let millions of Americans band together to sue their banks or credit card companies….The rule exposed banks to large class-action lawsuits. Supporters say that possibility would help ensure banks, credit card companies and other lenders treat consumers appropriately.”

STATES

Alabama’s Roy Moore filed an election complaint on Wednesday December 27, 2017 trying to block Jones from taking over Sessions’ senate seat following his victory on December 12. Moore’s rationale? Voter fraud.

When asked about the fraud, Moore explained “more voters voted than in past elections.”

Moore’s complaint was thrown out and Jones’ victory was certified.

What’s so alarming is the election revealed how Moore thinks. An obviously twisted mind. Yet, he was a prosecutor and a judge?! 😳

ENVIRONMENT

EPA Director Scott Pruitt is determined to dismantle the environmental protections that save lives and preserves our DNA.

He’s now brought in a friend who was banned from banking for life to “streamline the Superfund program.”

“The appointment was notable in that Kelly would become a senior adviser in the federal environmental agency despite having no previous experience with environmental issues.” – Sharon Lerner

Ill-conceived choices like Albert Kelly impact consumer health and cause deaths.

HEALTH

Raw Unsalted Sunflower Seeds are the best way to start each day. One quarter of a cup, along with a healthy breakfast and vitamins, are sure make you feel much more positive. Sunflower seeds contain tryptophan which boosts serotonin levels. Serotonin is the “happiness” chemical manufactured in the brain that elevates mood.
